Personal Fitness Trainer

 This is the initial step to the rewarding career as a Personal Trainer. An introductory study into anatomy, muscle physiology, cardiovascular physiology, kinesiology, client evaluation, program design, and the tools necessary to start your career will be covered.

Personal Fitness Trainer II

A more in-depth look at the personal training world with an emphasis on program design, special populations (cardiovascular disease, diabetes, arthritis, kids and seniors) and business techniques are further studied.

Personal Fitness Trainer III

This is the business of the business. The tools you need to become a successful Personal Trainer are laid out in terms easy to understand. Business plans, social networking, mentoring, mastermind groups, new training techniques, and the necessary understanding of the business are studied.

Weight Trainer

Based on a performance model, this certification focuses on the needs of the asymptomatic client whose needs are for performance in a particular area. Professional, career, student, and the domestic athletes are featured in this workshop. Strength, Olympic lifting, and plyometrics are introduced.

Total Body Trainer

This is the toy box of certifications. Bands, bars, balls, gliding disks, body weight, and anything else you mind can come up with are featured here. Bringing the group exercise class into the weight room or vice versa would be an adequate description of this creative approach to exercise.

Older Adult

With the Baby Boomer generation becoming of age, the largest group of exercisers is now joining the AARP generation! Time, money, and desire set this group apart. They want to be active, healthy, and productive. This workshop presents techniques to enhance lifestyles of those who are sedentary to competitive athletes.

Kids & Teens

Learn that kids and teens are not just small adults. This workshop takes a fun look at the steps necessary to develop the skills needed to make health, active kids become healthy adults. From the competitive athlete to the couch potato, there is something for everyone!

Pre-Post Natal

Understand the changes and developments in a women’s body when they are experiencing the gift of life. Topics such as contraindications, cardiovascular, and muscular health, weight management, stress management, movement changes, and nutrition will be explored. In addition, learn the steps to get your new body even better than before!

Fitness Marketing Consultant

The limiting factor with most fitness professionals is not passion but knowing the steps to take to make a small practice into a successful business.  Branding, business setup, internet presence, marketing, program designs, and the future of the fitness are just a few of the topics covered.
